An entrepreneur and founder of Think on Purpose, a coaching business that supports people and businesses to get to where they want to be. Jen specifically focuses in on the thoughts that we think and how, as we have new experiences, our thoughts can help or hinder our future.
As an eternal optimist, Jen sees the good in situations and having been through some of life’s ‘stuff’, can empathise whilst also encouraging her coachees to be brave enough to step into the future they desire.
Jen provides a wealth of people experience from the last 20 years involving Customer Service, Project Management and HR that she can use to support The Buddy Bag Foundation as it grows in to the future. Jen is also a keen volunteer and has worked at the London 2012 Olympics, Commonwealth Games Melbourne 2006 and Manchester Commonwealth Games 2002.
Jen was adopted at the age of 3 months and is passionate that every child should be cared for, wanted and looked after – regardless of their situation. She is married, is currently studying for an MSc in Coaching and Mentoring and loves travelling, especially on planes (whilst still being a home bird!).
