The BBF Challenge Box is a unique opportunity for businesses to support a local cause, whilst also providing a fun and engaging team building opportunity.
The challenge is split into two parts. Firstly, team members are tasked with procuring all of the items needed to pack 30 Buddy Bags. Secondly, you’ll get together to pack the bags.

How to apply
There are 3 easy to follow steps to take part in the BBF Challenge Box. All you need to do is:
Step 1.
Download the information you need through the factsheet.
Step 2.
Then, depending on whether you are a company or a community, download the relevant agreement and follow the instructions.
Step 3.
Send your application to us as instructed on the agreement.

The Buddy Bag Challenge Box is a great way for our team to come together and make a difference to children who are having a very difficult time.
We have been able to use the challenge as a project management and team building exercise, allowing a cross section of colleagues who don’t necessarily always work together to become a team to source and pack the buddy bag contents.
There is real satisfaction in seeing our bags ready to be delivered and knowing they will bring happiness and reassurance to a child during a turbulent time in their lives.
We would recommend the challenge to others, as a great project for both the local community and the employees involved.
