Is your team looking for a meaningful team-building opportunity?
A Team Building Bag Pack gives businesses and groups the opportunity to bring people together and at the same time support the Buddy Bag Foundation to make a difference to children entering emergency care. It’s a team-building event with purpose – a hands-on shared experience that goes beyond the workplace.
See Media told The Buddy Bag Foundation how they “believe that purposeful work extends beyond the office and that making a difference in our community is just as important as the work that they do.”
Team building that makes a difference
Working together for a great cause can strengthen your team in ways that no traditional team-building activity can.
Your team will pack Buddy Bags containing essential items for children entering emergency care. It’s an opportunity to get to know each other better, take on a challenge, have fun and enjoy that wonderful feeling of giving back.

For businesses looking to create a lasting difference in their community, a Team Building Bag Pack is also a meaningful way to put your values into action. It provides direct support to children in emergency situations while giving your team the opportunity to see the difference they are helping to make.
As Marcus Hulme, Director of Places Impact at Places for People, explains:
“We are proud to have been working closely with Buddy Bag Foundation and have seen first-hand the positive impact these backpacks can have on young people entering our emergency care supported accommodation services. The backpacks are vital in helping to restore a feeling of safety and security to a child in these difficult times.”

How does a Team Building Bag Pack work?
We supply all the components needed to pack the Buddy Bags and, once completed, the bags are returned to the Buddy Bag Foundation ready to support children entering emergency care.
Team Building Bag Packs cost £25 per bag, with bags ordered in multiples of 24, plus a £250 administration fee per order. The minimum order is 24 Buddy Bags at a total cost of £850.
Your team provides the people power and together you create something that will make a real difference.
Stuart Jackson, Global Communications Director at Amazon, described taking part in a Team Building Bag Pack as:
“A pretty fulfilling, but humbling, experience taking part in packing bags for children fleeing domestic abuse makes me realise just how lucky I am and how lucky my own children are. I urge any company who wants to connect their employees with a cause for real good to get in touch with The Buddy Bag Foundation.”
Team building isn’t just about strengthening relationships within your workplace. It can also be an opportunity to make a positive impact beyond it.
