Laura Helen Brown is the author and illustrator of ‘My Emotions Activity Book’ and a supporter of the Buddy Bag Foundation and has set up a campaign with Karen Williams OBE, the founder of the Buddy Bag Foundation, to supply hard copies of her activity book to a vulnerable child placed in emergency care to use with their Support Workers. Laura and the Buddy Bag Foundation have teamed up with a competition for budding young artists to show off their talent and flood the internet with colourful pictures of Buddy to raise awareness for Laura’s My Emotions Activity Book and The Buddy Bag Foundations partnership. Every entry has the chance to win some gorgeous goodies!
Together we are raising funds to provide hard copies of ‘My Emotions Activity Book’ to Child Support Workers who work with vulnerable children who have been placed in emergency care. Hard copies are needed as many of the supporters that work closely with these children have limited funding budgets and easy access to resources.

To enter, share your finished Buddy on social media using the hashtag #BuddytheBear, follow The Buddy Bag Foundation and LHB Illustrations on their social media pages. Each month an entry will be selected, and that winner will receive some fabulous goodies through their letterbox via snail mail.

This competition is available to all within the UK and Ireland. It is open to schools, childcare communities and any children or adults that would like to make Buddy colourful.
