‘The American Dream’ is a navy blue jelly base filled with red, blue and white metallic glitters as well as a dusting of silver flakies. My swatch shows 3 coats plus a glossy top coat, that third coat really deepens that beautiful squishy blue base and the glitters were distributed really nicely in each coat.
As previously mentioned this polish is the June Charity polish, the chosen charity for this month is The Buddy Bag Foundation. This charity was put in place to help children who have been put into emergency care, they provide each child with a buddy bag full of some essentials that will help make this transition a slightly easier process. Their goal is to create a sense of security and safety in a very difficult time in the children’s lives.
This polish released today and will be available from the Nail Artisan Cosmetics website shortly, it is priced at £7.50 with 33% of proceeds going towards The Buddy Bag Foundation.
